We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse who is excited to make a difference in the lives of our residents and do it exceptionally well.

You will be working in the Nursing department- the hub of our business and a key role in helping The Views be successful!

The Focus of your role is to deliver on our promises to provide quality compassionate care! In this capacity, you will:

  • Transcribe physician’s orders and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Observe and communicate resident changes to physicians. Be responsible for resident personal care needs as outlined in service plans.
  • Assist the Director of Nursing with employee and resident orientation, instruction, supervision and evaluation of nursing support staff.
  • Be a role model creating constructive relationships with residents, families, and staff to create an environment that motivates staff encouraging family and staff partnerships for care of residents.
  • Evaluate and assess resident needs. Assist in development of an individualized service plan for a specific caseload of residents based on comprehensive assessment.
  • Provide leadership in implementing QA programs.

The outcomes you’ll be expected to achieve: Actively and successfully managing your nursing duties with high expectations for providing quality care. You’ll be in the habit of ensuring that your residents and their families are raving fans of The Views due to your ability to communicate clearly and directly all while rallying the team to meet and exceed their expectations. You will delegate extremely well because you trust the strengths of your team, yet always willing to offer support because you know the job is hard.

Nice to have: Experience working in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.

Job Types: Part-time & Full-time

  • 2pm-10pm

Job Pay:

  • RN – $32/hr
  • LPN – $24/hr
